Brand Portal

The Brand Portal lets you publish brand guidelines as a public page — accessible to anyone with the link, no Atlassian account required.

Creating a Brand Portal

1. In Clarento, go to the Brand Portal tab
2. Use + Add block to build your portal with these block types:
   • Hero Section — banner with heading, description, and customizable background and text colors
   • Identity — upload your logo (with download button for visitors)
   • Colors — define your brand color palette with sections, hex codes, and usage notes
   • Typography — specify heading and body fonts with preview
   • Text Block — add brand voice guidelines, mission statement, or usage rules (rich text)
   • Images — curate a gallery of brand images from your asset library
3. Drag blocks to reorder them
4. Changes auto-save as you edit

Publishing

1. Click Publish in the top toolbar
2. Choose a URL slug (e.g. brandflow) — auto-suggested from your site name
3. Confirm to make the portal live at share.clarento.com/p/your-slug

Once published:

• Click Share to copy the link
• Click Unpublish to remove public access
• The portal updates automatically when you edit — no need to republish

Viewing the Portal

Published portals are hosted at share.clarento.com/p/your-slug. Each workspace gets a unique slug. The page is fully responsive and works on mobile devices, with a sidebar navigation for quick access to each section.

Sharing

Copy the portal URL and share it with:

• Design agencies and freelancers
• Marketing teams
• Anyone who needs your brand guidelines
